Can we start mid-year, or do we have to wait until the beginning of the school year?

The plan is designed to align with the academic calendar starting in Quarter 1. While it is ideal to have your plan before the end of June, you can sign up until the cutoff date of September 15th. The key is giving each focus area adequate time—rushing through progressions reduces their effectiveness.

Do we need the Leadership Lens to use the Instructional Focus Plan?

Yes! It's included. The Instructional Focus Plan pairs seamlessly with Leadership Lens to support weekly communication, walkthroughs, and consistent follow-through throughout the year.

Do we need special technology or IT support to use the platform?

No special technology required. The platform works on any device with internet access. Team members simply log in with their email—no downloads, no installations, no IT headaches. We handle all the backend setup, and you'll receive simple onboarding instructions to get your team started in minutes.
