With over 25 years in education, I’ve been in the trenches. I've served as a teacher, a principal, and a superintendent. I understand the frustration and disappointment of low student proficiency rates. I’ve felt the pressure from boards, parents, and advocacy groups. And I know the helpless feeling of wanting to make a difference, but not knowing how to get there.
I decided I was going to figure it out. As a result of high quality professional development, coaching and a deep dive into research, I was able to successfully implement research-based systems, structures, and strategies for schools to get amazing results – in a surprisingly short amount of time.
