Angela is a literacy leader, former principal, and district administrator dedicated to helping schools achieve lasting, systemwide improvement. As founder of Angela Hanlin & Associates and co-author of It’s Possible!, she partners with school and district leaders to implement structured literacy and build aligned systems that drive results. Known for her practical, no-nonsense approach, Angie helps leaders turn vision into action—ensuring strong Tier 1 instruction, effective coaching, and sustainable change so all students can read.

Molly Ness

Literacy Researcher, Author, and Advocate for Evidence-Based Reading Instruction
Molly is a reading researcher, former classroom teacher, and teacher educator with deep expertise in evidence-based literacy instruction. A former associate professor at Fordham University and author of six books, she partners with schools and organizations to translate research into effective classroom practice. She brings extensive experience in professional development, literacy consulting, and national leadership, helping educators strengthen reading outcomes through practical, research-aligned approaches.

Justin Browning

Educator and National Voice for Structured Literacy Implementation
Justin helps schools turn research into results. As founder of SoR for More, he partners with leaders to implement evidence-based practices that strengthen instruction, build aligned systems, and improve student outcomes. A former balanced literacy teacher turned structured literacy advocate, Justin brings lived experience and a deep commitment to ensuring every child can read through consistent, high-impact implementation.
